Take a bottle of lukewarm water. For breakfast, usually have an egg, cereal, and banana shake. For lunch, it’s dal, vegetable, salad, either rice or chapati and curd. Dinner could be a soup and salad or something light . Don’t have a sweet tooth so don’t take indulge in sweets.
